T.R Knight and homophobia on Greys Anatomy set

One of my friends sent the above clip to me and it really shows that homophobia is not limited to any person, place or class in society. We all have a duty to treat everyone equally. I think T.R. was very brave in coming out, its not very easy for someone in the limelight to come out, but i wish him continued success and may he prove an excellent roll-model for young gay man.
