Childhood memories - Paul McCarthy and bagpipes

I got reminded of it by an episode of The Panel, with they were talking about Heather Mills and they said Paul McCartney wrote it. I never knew that.

I also loved this song as it featured bagpipes which I loved and still do. I go weak for a Pipe band like!
